Great customer service! I was initially interested in one of the rings from their regular collection, but ended up choosing a custom-made design instead. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, the ring was made incredibly quickly, and the prices are very competitive compared with larger chain jewellery brands. Nechávala jsem si zde vyrobit na míru zásnubní prsten pro mou partnerku a jsme obě nadmíru spokojené s tím, jak vypadá. Celá experience a komunikace byla moc fajn, v obchodě jsou nádherné šperky jemných i výraznějších designů s netradičními drahokamy a polodrahokamy. Moderní designy, dobrá cena a skvělá kvalita. Mohu jen doporučit. :)

Měla jsem možnost poznat samotného majitele, který byl neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný. Sám mi ukazoval šperky, které by se mi mohly líbit, a bylo vidět, že má pro svou práci opravdovou vášeň. Moc mě také potěšilo, že jsme si povídali česky, protože ačkoliv je cizinec, česky trochu umí, a bylo to strašně sympatické.

Jeden šperk od něj už doma mám, ale tentokrát jsem se přišla podívat hlavně na nově otevřenou pobočku a odcházela jsem naprosto nadšená. Samozřejmě jsme z obchodu nemohli odejít s prázdnou a určitě se znovu vrátíme. 🤩

Šperky jsou nádherně netradiční, ale zároveň jednoduché a elegantní - přesně ten typ designu, který člověk unosí každý den a přesto působí výjimečně. 🙂‍↕️ A velmi mile mě překvapily i ceny. Na to, že se pobočka nachází v centru, jsou produkty cenově opravdu férové a člověk nemá pocit, že by obchod zbytečně „nastřeloval“ ceny jen kvůli lokalitě. Doporučuji všemi deseti! ❤️

I received an engagement ring from this company and it is beautiful! I am very satisfied. It was a bit too big for me, so it needed to be resized, which was no problem at all. At the atelier, they gave me plenty of time to choose the correct size, and the staff were very kind. I highly recommend them!
