1. General
By accessing and placing an order with Orizzo Fine Jewelry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all purchases made through orizzofinejewelry.com.
2. Products
All jewelry pieces are crafted with high-quality materials including precious metals and gemstones. Product images are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of gemstones.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some items are made to order and may require additional production time (typically 2–4 weeks). Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us before placing a custom order if you have specific requirements.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. Orizzo Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@orizzofinejewelry.com. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
8. Warranty
All Orizzo Fine Jewelry pieces are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9. Jewelry Care
To maintain the quality of your jewelry, avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and water. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching. We recommend periodic professional cleaning.
10. Liability
Orizzo Fine Jewelry's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
11. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, EU customers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints may also be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) at https://www.coi.cz.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
