Order Processing
All jewelry items are carefully inspected and prepared prior to dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of full payment. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Czech public holidays.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.
Shipping Destinations
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Delivery availability may be subject to carrier limitations, local regulations, or restrictions applicable in the destination country. If delivery to a specific country is unavailable, this will be indicated during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times are indicative only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.

All shipments are dispatched via reputable postal or courier services and include tracking where available.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address specified during checkout. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment of the order.
Tracking Information
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are not included in the product price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to predict or control customs processing times or fees.
Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. We shall not be held liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
In the event of visible damage to the package or if an order is believed to be lost in transit, the customer must notify us without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after delivery or the expected delivery date.
Insurance and Security
Orders are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Shipments may be insured at our discretion depending on the order value and destination.
