Order Processing

All jewelry items are carefully inspected and prepared prior to dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of full payment. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Czech public holidays.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.

Shipping Destinations

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Delivery availability may be subject to carrier limitations, local regulations, or restrictions applicable in the destination country. If delivery to a specific country is unavailable, this will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times are indicative only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other external factors beyond our control.

• Czech Republic: approximately 1–3 business days

• European Union: approximately 3–7 business days

• International (outside the EU): approximately 7–14 business days

All shipments are dispatched via reputable postal or courier services and include tracking where available.

Transfer of Risk and Ownership

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address specified during checkout. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment of the order.

Tracking Information

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are not included in the product price and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to predict or control customs processing times or fees.

Delivery Issues and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. We shall not be held liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

In the event of visible damage to the package or if an order is believed to be lost in transit, the customer must notify us without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after delivery or the expected delivery date.

Insurance and Security

Orders are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Shipments may be insured at our discretion depending on the order value and destination.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your choice, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to protect your investment.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@orizzofinejewelry.com. Please note that returns must be sent to our official return address, which will be provided to you upon acceptance of your request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Faults, and Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Per our shipping policy, visible transit damage or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. This includes custom products (such as special orders, bespoke designs, or personalized engraved items). Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, and tags attached).

Refund Process and Methods

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund is approved. Please consider the following terms:

1. Approval & Timeline: Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Bank Processing: Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
