We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your choice, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to protect your investment.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
To start a return, please contact us at info@orizzofinejewelry.com. Please note that returns must be sent to our official return address, which will be provided to you upon acceptance of your request.
Address: Soukenická 8, 110 00 Praha 1-Nové Město, Czechia
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Per our shipping policy, visible transit damage or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. This includes custom products (such as special orders, bespoke designs, or personalized engraved items). Additionally, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, and tags attached).
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund is approved. Please consider the following terms:
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@orizzofinejewelry.com.
For any questions regarding returns, refunds, or to check the status of your request, please always contact us at info@orizzofinejewelry.com.

Ufuk is a true master of his craft. He helped me create the most beautiful ring for the girl of my dreams. We went through every detail together and created this unique, fairytale-like piece of art.
And she said yes! 💍❤️
We’ll definitely be ordering our wedding rings here as well!
